Sign in to vietlinker.com with the account that manages the business and open /business/dashboard.

Start here: open your Dashboard and select a business
01Select the business
Check the name and business type at the top. If Your businesses contains several profiles, select a name to switch; use View all and Search businesses... when needed. Profile, content and statistics follow the selected business; appointments and messages open for the owner account.
02Read the profile status
Verified and Pending Approval describe the review status. If you see Profile not approved, read the reason and choose Update profile. A pending ownership claim displays a separate access notice; management becomes available after approval.
03Check figures and tasks
The four cards show Posts, the Reviews score and count, the Photo gallery count, and Type with registration date. In Needs attention, open reviews that need a reply, renewal notices or customer messages.
04Complete missing details
In Profile completeness, choose an unfinished item such as Add a logo, Add opening hours or Publish your first post. Service businesses also have Pick industry & specialty. This section disappears when the profile is complete.
05Use Quick actions
Open Create new post, Photo gallery, Reels, Analytics or Subscription. Restaurants also have Manage menu and reservation management; service businesses have appointment management. Follow the individual guides in the directory for detailed instructions.
06Check the public profile and lower sections
Choose Public profile to review what customers can see, or Edit to update the profile. Scroll down for the Review QR code, View all under Recent posts, and Staff representatives. Check contact details in Information and use Edit info when needed.
An approved profile must also meet the business visibility and subscription conditions. If the Dashboard cannot load, choose Retry. If the session expired, choose Sign in again.

View and update up to three representatives when the active promotion allows it.
