Manage promotion staff representatives
View and update up to three representatives when the active promotion allows it.
Prize representative management is currently on the Website when the campaign allows it. Choosing App returns to the App guide directory.
Follow the steps
Read the promotion name in Staff representatives. If you see No active promotion at the moment, there is no list to register here yet.
- Read the promotion name in Staff representatives. If you see No active promotion at the moment, there is no list to register here yet.
- Read the displayed lock date and status. If List has been locked appears or fields are disabled, editing is unavailable. Contact support if that status does not match your situation.
- When the form allows changes, enter the Full name and Phone number for Staff 1, Staff 2 and Staff 3 according to your selected representatives. Check the contact information carefully.
- Click Save changes and wait for Saved successfully!. Recheck the list before it locks. Benefits and prize conditions depend on the displayed promotion and do not apply automatically at all times.

Read the displayed lock date and status. If List has been locked appears or fields are disabled, editing is unavailable. Contact support if that status does not match your situation.
3. Enter representatives when editing is open
When the form allows changes, enter the Full name and Phone number for Staff 1, Staff 2 and Staff 3 according to your selected representatives. Check the contact information carefully.
4. Save and check
Click Save changes and wait for Saved successfully!. Recheck the list before it locks. Benefits and prize conditions depend on the displayed promotion and do not apply automatically at all times.
