Terms of Use.

By using VietLinker, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Policies & Rules and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

VietLinker is a platform connecting the Vietnamese community in the United States, providing:

• Marketplace — buy and sell goods
• Jobs — search and post job listings
• Real Estate — buy, sell, and rent homes
• Restaurants — discover and review Vietnamese restaurants
• Services — find local professional services
• VietLinker AI — assistant, translation, document reading, English learning, image generation

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure
• Each person may create only one account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

Content that is not allowed:

• Violating U.S. or Vietnamese law
• Fraud, scams, or misleading information
• Pornographic, violent, or discriminatory content
• Spam or unrelated advertising
• Copyright or intellectual property violations
• Prohibited products: weapons, drugs, counterfeit or stolen goods

• Your wallet has two balances: Main balance (funded with real money) and Bonus balance (from promotions and the spin wheel)
• $1 = 1 day of listing display for marketplace/jobs/real-estate
• Top up via Stripe (web) or In-App Purchase (mobile)
• Bonus balance can ONLY be used for posting listings, creating a Shop/Business, and business verification — not for AI Plus/Pro
• Balance cannot be refunded once spent
• Balance has no legal monetary value and is non-transferable
• Fraud in promotional programs (Coin Hunt, Spin Wheel) is prohibited

• Payments are processed via Stripe (web) or Apple/Google IAP (mobile)
• 100% refund within 7 days if less than 20% of credits have been used
• Refunds available for system errors on VietLinker’s side
• No refunds for credits already used or listings already running
• Apple IAP: refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com

VietLinker only provides a connecting platform; we do not broker or guarantee transactions:

• VietLinker does not broker buy/sell, rental, or employment transactions
• Users are responsible for verifying information and conducting safe transactions
• VietLinker is not responsible for disputes between parties
• AI content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice

Users must comply with applicable federal and state laws, including:

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website and app. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Regarding data:

• Bulk download / scraping data from the Site
• Reselling or redistributing data to third parties
• Reverse-engineering the database
• Using data for telemarketing, robocalls, SMS spam (TCPA violation)
• Using data for unsolicited cold email (CAN-SPAM violation)
• Using data for discrimination (gender, race, religion, etc.)

Regarding the Site:

• Hacking, DDoS, exploiting vulnerabilities
• Impersonating others
• Posting copyrighted, defamatory, or threatening content
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts
• Manipulating reviews / ratings
• Direct competition (scraping data to build a competing site)

Site "AS IS":

VietLinker provides the Site and data "AS IS" — with no guarantee of 100% accuracy (data may be outdated), 24/7 availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

No endorsement:

VietLinker does NOT endorse, certify, or guarantee any professional listed in the directory. Users are responsible for verifying credentials before engaging any service.

Not professional advice:

• Medical advice → consult a doctor
• Legal advice → consult a lawyer
• Financial advice → consult a financial advisor
• Tax advice → consult a CPA

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify VietLinker against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA (state of VietLinker LLC's registration), without giving effect to conflict-of-laws principles.

Class action waiver:

You waive the right to bring a class action lawsuit against VietLinker.

Arbitration opt-out (CA users):

California users may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of registering by emailing account@vietlinker.com with subject [ARBITRATION OPT-OUT].

Force majeure:

VietLinker is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (war, pandemic, natural disaster, internet outage, etc.).
