Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Monthly packages renew month by month. You can start with the free Business Setup and the 7-day Growth Test.
Who owns the fanpage and the ad account?
The business. VietLinker only takes the access needed during the engagement and hands it back at the end.
Who pays for the ads?
The Visibility package includes up to $100 in ads per month. Anything above that is only added when the business confirms. With the Growth Test, the business covers the ads and pays no service fee.
Does VietLinker guarantee lead numbers or revenue?
No, unless there is a separate written agreement. VietLinker commits to the volume of work, the approval process and transparent reporting.
What does the business need to prepare?
Access to the fanpage, business information, one on-site shoot per month and one person who approves content.
How soon is the first content ready?
After Business Setup and the first shoot, content is approved and published on the agreed monthly calendar.
