Renew and manage Business fees
Check expiry and wallet balances, renew for US$50/month and manage auto-renewal.
Follow the steps
Review Status, Monthly fee, Next renewal date and Days remaining. Business age measures how long the profile has existed, not the number of paid billing periods.
- Review Status, Monthly fee, Next renewal date and Days remaining. Business age measures how long the profile has existed, not the number of paid billing periods.
- Review your main and bonus balances. Renewal requires at least US$50.00 combined. If you are short, the page shows the missing amount; click Add funds to open your wallet, then return to Subscription.
- Click Renew now (US$50/mo). This renews the plan and charges your wallet. Wait for success and check the new expiry and balance. Renewing also turns US$50/month auto-renewal back on.
- If the plan is past due and auto-renewal has not been cancelled, the system keeps trying to charge US$50: daily for the first 14 days, then every 30 days with a notice the day before. Add funds and renew to reopen it, or cancel if you do not want to continue.
- If Cancel auto-renewal appears, read the terms: cancellation stops charges and immediately locks management actions such as posts, menu edits and reels, even if paid days remain. Remaining days are not refunded. The business listing itself remains publicly visible.
- Click Cancel auto-renewal, then Confirm cancellation. Click Keep it if you change your mind. After success, check for Auto-renew cancelled. You can renew above to reopen management actions later.

3. Renew for another month
Click Renew now (US$50/mo). This renews the plan and charges your wallet. Wait for success and check the new expiry and balance. Renewing also turns US$50/month auto-renewal back on.
4. Handle a past-due plan
If the plan is past due and auto-renewal has not been cancelled, the system keeps trying to charge US$50: daily for the first 14 days, then every 30 days with a notice the day before. Add funds and renew to reopen it, or cancel if you do not want to continue.
5. Read the cancellation terms
If Cancel auto-renewal appears, read the terms: cancellation stops charges and immediately locks management actions such as posts, menu edits and reels, even if paid days remain. Remaining days are not refunded. The business listing itself remains publicly visible.
6. Confirm your choice
Click Cancel auto-renewal, then Confirm cancellation. Click Keep it if you change your mind. After success, check for Auto-renew cancelled. You can renew above to reopen management actions later.
