Top up your wallet on the website
Choose an amount, pay and check your VietLinker wallet transaction — step by step on the website.
Follow the steps
Open your avatar menu and choose Wallet. In a mobile browser, this item is in the navigation menu. On Top up your wallet, check the email shown on the VietLinker Wallet card to make sure you are using the right account. Available balance on this card is your main USD balance; any bonus balance appears separately. A top-up adds money to your main balance.

- Choose $10, $25, $50 or $100. For a different amount, enter a whole USD number from 1 to 10000 in Custom amount; for example, enter 25 to add $25. Do not enter separators or decimal places. Selecting a package clears the custom amount, and entering a custom amount clears the package selection. The Popular label on $25 does not mean a bonus or discount.
- Check Total payment and the amount on the Top up $… to wallet button. For example, after choosing $25, both the total and button should show $25. When they are correct, click the button to open Stripe Checkout. Choose an amount cannot continue until you select a valid amount; when Processing… appears, wait for Checkout to open.
- Check VietLinker and the USD amount on Checkout. Choose a payment method shown there, enter the requested information and complete any verification steps. Available payment options can vary by device and eligibility. Confirm payment when the details are correct, then wait to return to VietLinker. Selecting an amount or opening Stripe alone does not complete a wallet top-up.
- After payment, reopen Wallet and check your main balance. Choose Transaction history, then the Top-up filter to match the amount and time of the new transaction. If the website takes you back to your previous task, you can still open Wallet from your account menu. A payment message or returning to VietLinker alone does not confirm that the money is in your wallet; check both the balance and history.
- If you cancel or see an error, check the payment status before trying again. If you paid but cannot see the funds, wait a little, then refresh Wallet and Transaction history and check that you are in the right account. If the transaction is still missing, contact Support with the amount, time and payment confirmation. Avoid immediately making another top-up while it is unclear whether the previous payment was charged.

2. Choose how much to add

3. Review the total and continue
Check Total payment and the amount on the Top up $… to wallet button. For example, after choosing $25, both the total and button should show $25. When they are correct, click the button to open Stripe Checkout. Choose an amount cannot continue until you select a valid amount; when Processing… appears, wait for Checkout to open.
4. Complete payment on Stripe Checkout
Check VietLinker and the USD amount on Checkout. Choose a payment method shown there, enter the requested information and complete any verification steps. 5. Check your balance and top-up history
After payment, reopen Wallet and check your main balance. Choose Transaction history, then the Top-up filter to match the amount and time of the new transaction. Can I choose an amount outside the preset packages?
Yes. Enter a whole USD amount from 1 to 10000 in Custom amount. For example, enter 25 without separators or decimal places. Check Total payment before continuing.
Which payment methods can I use?
Stripe displays methods available for your device and payment eligibility. Choose from the options actually shown on Checkout; the same options are not available to every account.
Does returning to VietLinker mean the top-up is complete?
Check your main balance and the new credit under Transaction history → Top-up. Returning to VietLinker or seeing a message alone does not confirm a wallet credit. If you were charged but the credit is missing, contact support with the payment confirmation.
