Add, edit and manage your menu
Publish dishes, update prices, mark sold-out items and draft descriptions with AI.
Follow the steps
Check the restaurant name at the top. Use Search menu items... to search names, descriptions or categories. Clear the search to show all items again.

- Click Add New Item. Enter Item Name, Price in USD and a Category: Starter, Main Course, Dessert, Drink or Other. The price must be zero or higher.
- Write a description or click Ask AI to write, describe the actual dish and apply the suggestion. Check the description and price; AI may also fill an empty name field. The suggestion does not save the dish until you click Add Item.
- Choose an Item Image up to 25 MB. To crop it, turn on Enable image cropping before selecting the file. Keep Available checked if you are selling the dish, then click Add Item. The saved item appears in its category.
- Click Edit on the item card, change its details or select a replacement photo, then click Update. Click Cancel to close the form without saving your edits.
- Click Available on an item card to change it to Sold Out. Click again when it is available. This keeps a temporarily unavailable dish in your menu for later use.
- Click Delete, check the dish name in Confirm Delete Item and click Delete again. This cannot be undone. Click Cancel if you selected the wrong item.
Read all steps
1. Open the correct menu
Check the restaurant name at the top. Use Search menu items... to search names, descriptions or categories. Clear the search to show all items again.
2. Add a new item
Click Add New Item. Enter Item Name, Price in USD and a Category: Starter, Main Course, Dessert, Drink or Other. The price must be zero or higher.
3. Draft the description with AI
Write a description or click Ask AI to write, describe the actual dish and apply the suggestion. Check the description and price; AI may also fill an empty name field. The suggestion does not save the dish until you click Add Item.
4. Add a photo and save
Choose an Item Image up to 25 MB. To crop it, turn on Enable image cropping before selecting the file. Keep Available checked if you are selling the dish, then click Add Item. The saved item appears in its category.
5. Edit an item
Click Edit on the item card, change its details or select a replacement photo, then click Update. Click Cancel to close the form without saving your edits.
6. Mark an item sold out
Click Available on an item card to change it to Sold Out. Click again when it is available. This keeps a temporarily unavailable dish in your menu for later use.
7. Delete an item
Click Delete, check the dish name in Confirm Delete Item and click Delete again. This cannot be undone. Click Cancel if you selected the wrong item.
