Upload gallery photos, edit captions and delete photos on the Website
Manage business photos, categorize restaurant images and update captions beneath each photo.
Follow the steps
Under Gallery Type, choose Business Gallery (Food/Services). Check Select Business Profile and the business name beside Upload New Photo. Marketplace Gallery is a separate account gallery, not the selected business profile gallery.

- Use Select image to choose files from your device. With Enable image cropping off, you can select multiple photos. Turn it on to select and crop one photo at a time. The form accepts JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF and HEIC.
- For a restaurant, select Menu, Drinks, Inside or Outside before uploading. Add a Caption if needed; the same caption and category apply to the selected batch. Service businesses do not have these four category choices.
- Choose Upload Image and watch the progress. Wait for the images to appear in Photo Gallery. If some uploads fail, check the list and select only the missing photos to upload again.
- Click a caption or Add a caption... under a photo and update the text. It saves automatically shortly after you stop typing. Wait before leaving the page and check the caption when you reopen the gallery.
- Choose Delete below the intended photo, read Confirm Delete and choose Delete again. Choose Cancel to keep it. Use Back to Dashboard when finished.

1. Select the gallery and business

2. Choose one or more photos
Use Select image to choose files from your device. With Enable image cropping off, you can select multiple photos. Turn it on to select and crop one photo at a time. The form accepts JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF and HEIC.
3. Categorize restaurant photos and add a caption
For a restaurant, select Menu, Drinks, Inside or Outside before uploading. Add a Caption if needed; the same caption and category apply to the selected batch. Service businesses do not have these four category choices.
4. Upload the photos
Choose Upload Image and watch the progress. Wait for the images to appear in Photo Gallery. If some uploads fail, check the list and select only the missing photos to upload again.
5. Edit captions beneath individual photos
Click a caption or Add a caption... under a photo and update the text. It saves automatically shortly after you stop typing. Wait before leaving the page and check the caption when you reopen the gallery.
6. Delete a photo you no longer need
Choose Delete below the intended photo, read Confirm Delete and choose Delete again. Choose Cancel to keep it. Use Back to Dashboard when finished.
