Start here: open your Dashboard and select a business
01Open your dashboard
Sign in with the account that owns the business. In Profile, tap Business. If you have no profile, follow the registration entry. If your ownership claim is pending, read the access message shown.
02Choose a business
When you manage several businesses, tap a name in Your businesses. Tap All to search the full list and choose a profile. This selector is hidden for accounts with only one business.
03Check status and complete your profile
Read the status below the business name. If rejected, read the reason and open Update profile. Follow the starter checklist for cover/logo, hours, gallery, first post and reviews. The checklist disappears when complete; the completeness indicator helps identify missing details.
04Open the work that needs attention
Tap views, reviews, unanswered reviews or published posts to open the related area. Quick actions lead to posts, Reels, photos, bookings, reviews, messages and subscription. Restaurants also have Manage Menu. Pull down to refresh.
View Public Page, Statistics and QR unlock after profile approval. A 100% complete profile is not an approval. This guide covers business-owner tools, not VietLinker administration screens.
