Reply to and manage messages
Send content, use conversation tools and organize your personal inbox from the dashboard.
Follow the steps
Tap Personal Messages in Quick actions. Use the search icon to filter loaded conversations, check the recipient and latest message, then open the thread. The inbox belongs to the signed-in account and may include listing conversations; selecting another business on the dashboard does not filter it. The following steps describe personal chats; listing conversations may offer a different set of tools.

- Enter text and tap Send; the smiley button adds emoji to the composer. Tap the image icon, allow photo-library access if requested and choose a photo: the App uploads and sends it immediately. If GIF is available, open the picker and choose a GIF to send immediately. Suggested greetings in an empty conversation also send as soon as you tap them. Check sending status; for a failed text message, check connectivity and use its retry action.
- With an empty composer, tap the microphone and grant recording permission. Tap Send to stop and send the recording, or X to cancel before sending. Recording automatically stops and sends at 60 seconds. If a live audio session is using the microphone, finish that session before recording a voice note.
- Swipe a message to reply, or long-press it and choose Reply. Check the quote, compose your response and send; X removes the quote. Long-press to choose a quick reaction, open the reaction picker or Copy text. Double-tap a message to add or remove a heart; selecting your existing reaction removes it.
- Long-press your own text message, choose Edit, change the composer text and tap Send to update it; X cancels editing. Text can only be edited within 15 minutes of sending. Photos, GIFs and voice notes have no text-edit action. For your own messages that offer Delete, read and confirm the deletion dialog; listing conversations may not offer this action.
- Long-press a successfully sent text message, choose Simple or Formal and then Translate. If asked for AI consent, review and accept it to continue. The translation appears below the message in your App language, Vietnamese or English, and can be hidden. Check the original before replying about details such as prices or appointment times.
- In a personal chat with an identified recipient, use Voice call or Video call in the header and grant the required permissions. Once connected, use the microphone, speaker or camera controls available for the call type and End to finish. More options offers Mute/Unmute and Change chat background; the background preference is stored on your device for your chats. A chat opened in a business-profile context does not show header call, personal-profile or mute controls. Appointment video consultations have a separate guide.
- Return to the list and swipe a personal conversation left to Pin/Unpin, Archive or mark it read when unread messages exist. The header archive icon opens Archived; swipe a conversation shown there to unarchive it. Delete conversation in the inbox requires confirmation and only hides the thread from you; it reappears when a new message arrives. Pinning, archiving and hiding do not apply to listing-conversation rows.
