Read reviews and reply to customers
Find unanswered feedback and send an appropriate response.
Follow the steps
Open Customer Reviews or the unanswered-review tile. Check the average rating, count and star distribution. Filter All, Unanswered or Replied to find what needs attention.

- Tap Quick reply on an unanswered review. Read the feedback, write your response or select a quick template and adapt it to the situation.
- Choose a reply language in the sheet, then tap AI suggest. Read and edit the draft before sending, checking names, promises and contact details. AI does not send the response for you.
- Tap Send Reply and wait for confirmation. To revise an existing response, tap Edit beside Your reply, change the text and Send Reply again. Pull down to refresh.

2. Draft a response
Tap Quick reply on an unanswered review. Read the feedback, write your response or select a quick template and adapt it to the situation.
3. Request an optional AI suggestion
Choose a reply language in the sheet, then tap AI suggest. Read and edit the draft before sending, checking names, promises and contact details. AI does not send the response for you.
4. Send or edit a response
Tap Send Reply and wait for confirmation. To revise an existing response, tap Edit beside Your reply, change the text and Send Reply again. Pull down to refresh.
