Check and renew the business subscription
Check expiry, the displayed fee and renewal for the correct business.
Follow the steps
If you own several businesses, select the correct profile first, then Subscription. Check Status, Monthly Fee, Next Renewal Date, Days Remaining and Total Months Paid.

- Read the Auto-renewal row and note on screen. The App currently describes monthly renewal from your wallet; keep enough balance for the displayed charge. Pull down to refresh the plan and wallet.
- Tap Renew Now to renew early or after expiry. The button is disabled when available balance is insufficient or processing is underway. Read the amount and current offer on the button and confirmation.
- In Confirm Renewal, choose Renew to proceed or Cancel to stop. Wait for success and tap OK, then check the new renewal date and balance. If an error appears, refresh the status before retrying.

4. Confirm and verify
In Confirm Renewal, choose Renew to proceed or Cancel to stop. Wait for success and tap OK, then check the new renewal date and balance. If an error appears, refresh the status before retrying.
