Top up your wallet in the App

Choose an amount, confirm payment through your app store, then check your balance and transaction history.

Start here:Sign in to VietLinker → tap your avatar to open Profile → find the VietLinker Wallet card → choose Top up wallet.

Follow the steps

Tap your avatar to open Profile. On the VietLinker Wallet card, choose Top up wallet. Check that you are signed in to the account you want to fund; the top-up goes into that account's wallet. You may also reach this screen when your balance is too low to post a listing.

Read all steps
  1. 1. Open Top up wallet from Profile

Tap your avatar to open Profile. On the VietLinker Wallet card, choose Top up wallet. Check that you are signed in to the account you want to fund; the top-up goes into that account's wallet. You may also reach this screen when your balance is too low to post a listing.

  2. 2. Check your existing balance

The top-up screen shows your main wallet's Current balance. If you have a promotional balance, Bonus credits appears separately below it. The available balance on your Profile wallet card includes both amounts, so it may differ from the main balance shown here. Wallet balances are displayed in USD.

  3. 3. Choose how much to add

Choose one of four amounts to add to your wallet: $10, $25, $50 or $100 USD. A check mark identifies the selected package; $25 is normally selected initially. If you came from a listing with insufficient funds, the App may preselect a package to cover the shortfall. Review the package before continuing; this screen has no custom-amount field.

  4. 4. Slide to open payment

Check the amount on the Slide to add control at the bottom, then drag the slider to open payment. If prices are still loading, wait until all packages appear. Sliding opens the app store confirmation; you still need to review and confirm the purchase in the next step.

  5. 5. Confirm in your app store

Complete the in-app purchase in your device's app store confirmation (the App Store on iPhone). The store displays the payment methods and authentication available for your account. Check the final price and currency before confirming: the store may charge in a local currency, while the amount added to your wallet remains the selected USD value. Cancel in the payment window if you do not want to buy.

  6. 6. Check the receipt and new balance

Once the transaction is recorded, the App shows Added with the amount and time, Balance before, the amount added and New balance. Sample only: a $12.00 main balance plus a $25.00 top-up becomes $37.00. Choose Done to leave. If you arrived from posting, Back to posting may appear so you can continue; topping up does not automatically publish the listing or pay its posting fee.

  7. 7. Check your transaction history

Choose History at the top of the top-up screen or on the Profile wallet card. Select Credit to find your top-up, check the positive amount and time, and pull down to refresh. All, Debit and Refund show the corresponding recorded transactions. Refund here is a history filter, not a button to request a refund.

Quick answers

Why can the store price differ from the USD wallet amount?

Your app store shows the price for your storefront and payment account. Read the final price and currency before confirming; $10, $25, $50 or $100 is the USD value added to your wallet.

I paid but cannot see the funds. What should I do?

Check the VietLinker account, reopen the App, then refresh your balance and History. If the credit is still missing, contact support with your app store receipt, amount and time. This top-up screen has no Restore Purchases button. Avoid paying again before checking the previous transaction.

Why does my screen look different?

Illustrations follow the newer App layout. Update VietLinker if yours differs; some versions show a success alert instead of an in-page receipt. The store displays the actual price, available payment methods and authentication steps.
