Read reviews and reply to customers
Monitor reviews on your public profile and review an AI draft before sending a reply.
Follow the steps
Sign in with the business owner's account and open Reviews on the profile. Check the stars, text, name and date to understand the customer's experience.

- For restaurants, choose Newest, Highest rated or Lowest rated and show more reviews as needed; click a photo to enlarge it. On service profiles, use View all reviews to reveal collapsed written reviews.
- Click Reply on an unanswered review. Write a concise response suited to the customer's experience. Submitted replies are limited to 1,000 characters.
- Click AI suggest in the reply form. Read and choose a response to the AI consent prompt if it appears. Current suggestions are written in Vietnamese; adjust the wording and facts before sending. A stars-only review without text may not produce a suggestion.
- Click Send to publish the reply below the review. Wait for success and check Reply from the restaurant or Reply from the business owner. Click Cancel before sending to discard the draft.
- Check that you are using the owner's account and the review has no reply yet. The current Website opens a reply form only for unanswered reviews; it has no edit or delete control for an existing owner reply here.

2. Read more customer feedback
For restaurants, choose Newest, Highest rated or Lowest rated and show more reviews as needed; click a photo to enlarge it. On service profiles, use View all reviews to reveal collapsed written reviews.
3. Draft a reply
Click Reply on an unanswered review. Write a concise response suited to the customer's experience. Submitted replies are limited to 1,000 characters.
4. Ask AI for a suggestion
Click AI suggest in the reply form. Read and choose a response to the AI consent prompt if it appears. Current suggestions are written in Vietnamese; adjust the wording and facts before sending. A stars-only review without text may not produce a suggestion.
5. Send and check
Click Send to publish the reply below the review. Wait for success and check Reply from the restaurant or Reply from the business owner. Click Cancel before sending to discard the draft.
6. If the reply button is missing
Check that you are using the owner's account and the review has no reply yet. The current Website opens a reply form only for unanswered reviews; it has no edit or delete control for an existing owner reply here.
