Create, edit and delete business posts on the Website
Publish business updates, promotions and announcements, with optional AI help for the content.
Follow the steps
On Create new post, check the business name in the subtitle. Enter a Title of up to 200 characters and choose General post, Promotion, Announcement or News.

- Enter up to 10,000 characters. Use accurate details about your services, dishes, offers and contact methods. You may select Featured post if you want to use that option for the post.
- Choose Suggest with AI beside Content. Enter what you want to say, select Fun, Professional or Urgent and choose Vietnamese, English or Both. Select Generate caption and complete the AI consent step if prompted.
- Read the suggested caption and hashtags. Choose Rewrite to adjust it or Use this caption to fill Content. Check prices, offers, dates, times and contact details; you can still edit the text before publishing. AI usage depends on your account quota.
- Use Images & Videos to select files: up to 5 per restaurant post or 10 per service-business post. Review previews and use × to remove unwanted files. Videos in business posts are limited to 10 per business per calendar month.
- Review the title, post type, content, featured setting and attachments. Choose Create post and wait for completion. The Website returns to the business post list. If it reports an expired subscription, check Subscription before trying again.
- Choose Edit beside the intended post. Change the title, post type, content or Featured post setting. The edit dialog currently uses the button label Create post; choose it to save, or Cancel to keep the existing content. The dialog does not replace photos or videos.
- Choose Delete beside the intended post, read Confirm post deletion and choose Delete in the dialog. Choose Cancel to keep it. After successful deletion, the post disappears from the list.

2. Write the Content
Enter up to 10,000 characters. Use accurate details about your services, dishes, offers and contact methods. You may select Featured post if you want to use that option for the post.
3. Use Suggest with AI if helpful

5. Attach photos or videos

6. Create the post

8. Delete a post you no longer need
Choose Delete beside the intended post, read Confirm post deletion and choose Delete in the dialog. Choose Cancel to keep it. After successful deletion, the post disappears from the list.
