How to post real estate on the VietLinker website

Step-by-step instructions
Open Dashboard and choose property posting
Sign in to vietlinker.com and open Dashboard to choose property posting. You can also select Start a property listing on the website at the end of this guide.
Enter property information and add photos
In Details, complete Title, Property type, Listing type and Description. Enter a price or add a note in Negotiable / contact. Add up to 10 photos in the image area at the end of this step.
Ask VietLinker AI to help
Select Ask AI to write in the gold panel. Describe the property, select Tạo nội dung với AI (generate content), review the result, then select Sử dụng nội dung này (use this content). Check the information before continuing to Property details.
Add Property details
Enter bedrooms, bathrooms and area using the displayed unit; in the United States, it is ft². Add amenities and lease terms where relevant, then continue to Location.
Add Location & contact
Enter the property address and select the matching suggestion, then check the city, state and ZIP code. Add the contact name, phone or email people can use, then continue to Review & Post.
Review the fees and select Post listing
Check each section and select Edit if needed. Choose the 7-, 15- or 30-day card; featured placement is optional. Check the total and wallet balance, then select Post listing.
Check before posting
United States example: 7 days costs $7, 15 days costs $15, and 30 days costs $30. Featured placement is optional and adds $5. Check the total and your wallet balance before confirming; select featured placement only if you want it.
After submitting, track the listing status in your account. Listings are reviewed before appearing publicly. If an error appears, read the message and correct the information requested.
