Use VietLinker AI on the Web
From your first question to images, documents and dedicated tools: choose a feature, review the result and manage your conversations.
Follow the steps
Open VietLinker AI, choose your language and read “Before you start” if it appears. Select “Got it, let’s go” after reviewing the notice. You can try a text question; sign in to sync history and use features that require an account. Availability and remaining usage depend on the feature and your plan.

- In “Ask me anything...”, describe your goal, the information to use and the result you want. For example: “Write a friendly, 80-word description to sell this table.” Keep Auto or choose a suitable mode. Select Send when ready. Use Shift + Enter for a new line, and review any AI-optimized wording before sending.
- Read the answer, then ask a follow-up in the same conversation to shorten it, change its tone or add information. Hover over an answer to see its actions; touch screens show these buttons directly. Use Copy, download a result or Regenerate the latest answer when needed. Check the content before using it.
- Select the plus button, then Take photo, Pick image or File. Check that the attachment appears beside the input, add a specific question and send. You can select up to five files within the size limits. Signed-in users also see Ask AI about a video; Chat with documents uses document sets available to Plus and Pro.
- The microphone converts speech into text for you to review and send. For a live conversation, leave the input empty, select the waveform button and sign in if prompted. Allow microphone access in your browser. During a call, use Mute mic or End call. Back to chat only minimizes the call; it does not end it.
- Select the sparkle button, Explore features, at the top or Tools in the sidebar. Search by name and choose a feature such as AI images, Photo translate / OCR or Learn English. Some choices open a dedicated page; others prepare a question for you to edit and send. See the detailed guides below for each group.

Select your account row, then Personal stats, to review usage. Read the current limits, price and renewal conditions before choosing a plan.

2. Write a clear request
In “Ask me anything...”, describe your goal, the information to use and the result you want. For example: “Write a friendly, 80-word description to sell this table.” Keep Auto or choose a suitable mode. Select Send when ready. Use Shift + Enter for a new line, and review any AI-optimized wording before sending.
3. Read, follow up and use the result

Ask questions and choose a mode
Give useful context, choose how to process a request and refine the answer in chat.
Open from:VietLinker AI → message input and mode button.
- Describe your goal, source information and desired format. Add requirements such as length, language or intended audience.
- Select a mode: Auto lets AI choose, Fast handles short requests, and Think or DeepSearch provide deeper processing. Think and DeepSearch require Plus or Pro.
- If Optimize appears while you type, use it to improve your request. Review the revised wording before sending.
- Ask follow-ups to refine the result. Editing an earlier message replaces the conversation after that point; branch when you want to keep the original conversation.
- Use Copy, feedback or Regenerate on the latest answer. Read-aloud and download options depend on the result, browser and available allowance.
DeepSearch does not guarantee that every detail is correct. Open cited sources and check when information was published before relying on it.
Quick answers
Why can’t I see the same feature as the illustration?
Select the App or Website guide at the top. Some tools, entry points and button labels differ between platforms; the catalog may also vary by country, app version and access. Search for the tool in Features, or use the feature handbook above.
What if AI does not respond or says I have reached a limit?
Read the message in the tool, then check your connection and account. Review your current plan and allowances in the upgrade or plan management area; different tasks can have different limits. If a task is still processing, check its status before submitting it again. When contacting support, include the tool name and the error shown.
Does adding money to my wallet automatically upgrade VietLinker AI?
No. Adding wallet funds and activating an AI plan are separate actions. Open the AI plans area, review access and choose an available payment method. After completing the process, verify the current plan in your account. Billing management and renewal cancellation depend on where you originally subscribed.
