Use VietLinker AI in the App
Go from a question to images, documents and voice conversations with VietLinker AI inside the app.
Follow the steps
Select the VietLinker AI tab to open chat. If an introduction appears, follow it or skip it. Read “AI Data & Privacy” before choosing I Agree. Sign in when prompted to use features connected to your account and AI plan.

- Type into “Ask me anything...”: describe the task, relevant context and desired result. Tap the mode name to choose Fast, Think, DeepSearch or Auto; some modes need an eligible plan. Review your request, then tap the send arrow. While AI is responding, use the stop button if you want to stop the answer.
- Read the answer and follow up in the same conversation, such as “Make it shorter” or “Explain with an example.” Use the icons beneath the answer to copy, share, listen or regenerate when available. Open references when an answer includes them and check the information before using it.
- Tap + and choose the camera, photo library or file option. Review attachments, remove anything selected by mistake, then add your question and send. To ask about a video, choose the video question option. To keep asking about a saved document collection, use Chat with documents and select that collection.
- Tap the waveform to open an AI call and allow microphone access when prompted. You can mute, change the speaker or add an image/file when those controls are available. Back to chat keeps the call running; tap the red button to end it. The separate dictation microphone turns speech into text for you to review before sending.
- Tap Features at the top, or + → Features. Search by name or browse Life in America, Creation & content, Learning and Utilities. Some tiles open a dedicated tool; prompt suggestion tiles only fill the composer so you can edit and send the request yourself. Find the guide for each tool below.
- Tap the list icon at the top to open Conversations. Search or select a conversation to continue; use the compose icon for a new chat. Press and hold an item for options to pin, rename, move to a Space, share, archive or delete. Check that you selected the right conversation before confirming deletion.
- In the Conversations drawer, tap the plan card to see your current plan, displayed prices and usage limits. Tap the gear for AI Settings: set the language, response style, custom instructions and memory, then Save Changes. Your AI plan and AI usage limits are managed separately from your VietLinker wallet balance.

2. Explain what you need

3. Read, follow up and use the answer

Tap the list icon at the top to open Conversations. Search or select a conversation to continue; use the compose icon for a new chat. 8. Check your AI plan and preferences
In the Conversations drawer, tap the plan card to see your current plan, displayed prices and usage limits. Choose a mode and prepare your question
Choose how to handle the request and refine it before sending.
Open from:VietLinker AI → tap the mode name in the composer.
- Choose Fast for everyday exchanges, Think for analysis, DeepSearch for looking up information, or Auto to let AI select the approach.
- Include your goal, context, preferred language and desired length in the question.
- If you use prompt improvement, review the suggestion and bring the suitable version back into the composer.
- Send, then follow up with more detail or use the stop button to stop the response.
Think and DeepSearch have a Plus label. Access and limits are checked in the app; selecting a mode does not send your question.
Quick answers
Why can’t I see the same feature as the illustration?
Select the App or Website guide at the top. Some tools, entry points and button labels differ between platforms; the catalog may also vary by country, app version and access. Search for the tool in Features, or use the feature handbook above.
What if AI does not respond or says I have reached a limit?
Read the message in the tool, then check your connection and account. Review your current plan and allowances in the upgrade or plan management area; different tasks can have different limits. If a task is still processing, check its status before submitting it again. When contacting support, include the tool name and the error shown.
Does adding money to my wallet automatically upgrade VietLinker AI?
No. Adding wallet funds and activating an AI plan are separate actions. Open the AI plans area, review access and choose an available payment method. After completing the process, verify the current plan in your account. Billing management and renewal cancellation depend on where you originally subscribed.
