Find a property to buy or rent in the App
Choose sale or rent, narrow by property type and budget, then review the details before contacting the advertiser.
Follow the steps
From Home, tap Real Estate in Explore. Begin with the sale or rental option so you are browsing the right type of listing.

- Select sale or rent and enter a property or area keyword. Fill in the city, state or zip and choose the matching suggestion, or use Near me for your current location. Check the selected listing type before setting a budget.
- Open Filters to choose Listing type, property category, Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Price Range (USD). Apply Newest, Nearest or price order as needed. Options such as 1+ and 2+ mean at least that many rooms. Use Reset to remove criteria you no longer need.
- Compare photos, price, property type, room counts and location in the results. Use Map to see locations or tap a listing for details. If nothing fits, try a wider budget, fewer required rooms or a neighboring area.
- Look through photos, description, floor area, rooms, amenities and the listed location. Distinguish a sale price from rent for the period stated in the listing. Save the property to Favorites or share its link; sign in if needed.
- Tap Contact now for in-app messaging, or use a phone number/email if provided. Ask about availability, additional costs and a viewing. If Directions is available, it opens a maps app; confirm the meeting address with the advertiser before traveling.

2. Choose listing type and location
Select sale or rent and enter a property or area keyword. Fill in the city, state or zip and choose the matching suggestion, or use Near me for your current location. Check the selected listing type before setting a budget.
3. Filter by property and budget
Open Filters to choose Listing type, property category, Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Price Range (USD). Apply Newest, Nearest or price order as needed. Options such as 1+ and 2+ mean at least that many rooms. Use Reset to remove criteria you no longer need.
4. Open promising listings
Compare photos, price, property type, room counts and location in the results. Use Map to see locations or tap a listing for details. If nothing fits, try a wider budget, fewer required rooms or a neighboring area.
5. Review photos and save the property
Look through photos, description, floor area, rooms, amenities and the listed location. Distinguish a sale price from rent for the period stated in the listing. Save the property to Favorites or share its link; sign in if needed.
6. Contact the advertiser and arrange a viewing
Tap Contact now for in-app messaging, or use a phone number/email if provided. Ask about availability, additional costs and a viewing. If Directions is available, it opens a maps app; confirm the meeting address with the advertiser before traveling.
Tips for finding the right result
- Choose sale or rent before setting a price filter; their budgets differ substantially.
- Saving to Favorites does not pay a deposit, hold a property or confirm a viewing.
- Details and contact options depend on the advertiser. View the property and verify information before deciding.
