Find a service business on the Web
Search by specialty and location, review business profiles and feedback, then call, message or book when available.
Follow the steps
Choose Explore, then Services on a computer. In a phone browser, open Directory in the bottom navigation and choose Services. The page shows specialties and business profiles to help you find the service you need.

- Enter a business name or need, such as tax preparation, and select Search. To browse nearby, clear the keyword, select Near me and allow location access. To search by name in a specific place, choose a City or State in Filters.
- Choose an industry in the quick filters or open Filters. Select Industry, Has reviews, Verified and Area as needed, then select Show results. Sort by Newest or Top rated; Relevance is available when you are searching with a keyword.
- Review the name, specialty, location, reviews and business hours shown for each profile. Click a name or image to open the details. You can also select Map, choose a pin and View details; only profiles with coordinates appear on the map.
- Read About, Services offered, Information and Reviews when available. Check the listed address, business hours and Website. Select Save to keep the profile in Favorites; if asked to sign in, sign in and select it again. Share or Copy lets you send the profile to someone else.
- When a phone number is listed, select Call or Message; Message opens your device’s SMS tool. Choose Directions when location information is available. If the profile shows Book an appointment, sign in and follow the form to send a request, then wait for the business to confirm.

2. Search by name or need
Enter a business name or need, such as tax preparation, and select Search. To browse nearby, clear the keyword, select Near me and allow location access. To search by name in a specific place, choose a City or State in Filters.
3. Filter specialties and profiles
Choose an industry in the quick filters or open Filters. Select Industry, Has reviews, Verified and Area as needed, then select Show results. Sort by Newest or Top rated; Relevance is available when you are searching with a keyword.
4. Compare businesses
Review the name, specialty, location, reviews and business hours shown for each profile. Click a name or image to open the details. You can also select Map, choose a pin and View details; only profiles with coordinates appear on the map.
5. Read the profile and save it
Read About, Services offered, Information and Reviews when available. Check the listed address, business hours and Website. Select Save to keep the profile in Favorites; if asked to sign in, sign in and select it again. Share or Copy lets you send the profile to someone else.
6. Choose a way to get in touch
When a phone number is listed, select Call or Message; Message opens your device’s SMS tool. Choose Directions when location information is available. If the profile shows Book an appointment, sign in and follow the form to send a request, then wait for the business to confirm.
Tips for finding the right result
- Keyword searches temporarily stop filtering by the Near me distance. Use City or State to limit the area, or clear the keyword to browse nearby.
- Calling, SMS, Website, directions and appointment buttons depend on each profile’s information. If contact options are missing, check Information or the listed Website.
- If you cannot find a business, remove the Industry, Has reviews or Verified filters. Clear all keeps your keyword so you can continue searching.
