NHÂN VIÊN HỖ TRỢ CUSTOMER SERVICES/ADMINISTRATORS

💰 Lương khởi điểm: $15 - $20/giờ (Full-time, 8AM-5PM)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Hỗ trợ Customer Service:
• Kết nối các khâu sản xuất để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng đơn hàng.
• Hỗ trợ giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng một cách nhanh chóng và hiệu quả.
• Xử lý đơn hàng và theo dõi tình trạng giao hàng.
• Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng.
• Quản lý kho (Inventory):
• Theo dõi, quản lý kho: nhập, xuất, tồn.
• Kiểm kho định kỳ.
• Lên kế hoạch dự trù đặt hàng.
• Báo cáo, phân tích dữ liệu.

YÊU CẦU

• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về Customer Service.
• Kỹ năng thương lượng và giải quyết vấn đề.
• Khả năng làm việc nhóm (Team work).
• Thông thạo sử dụng máy tính, đặc biệt là Excel. Biết sử dụng phần mềm Square là một lợi thế.
• Biết tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh.

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the following position:

CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATOR

💰 Starting salary: $15 - $20/hour (Full-time, 8AM-5PM)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Customer Service Support:
• Connect production stages to ensure order progress and quality.
• Support customers with quick and efficient answers to inquiries.
• Process orders and track delivery status.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory: import, export, stock.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks.
• Plan for ordering.
• Report and analyze data.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork ability.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel. Knowledge of Square software is an advantage.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
