A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by VietLinker Digital Marketing LLC, Plano, Texas, United States ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C., excluding New York and Florida, who are 18 years of age or older. Not eligible: employees and immediate family members of Sponsor.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
May 1, 2026 (12:00 AM CT) — April 30, 2027 (11:59 PM CT). Divided into 4 Seasons:
• Season 1: May–July 2026 (Insurance, Real Estate, Automotive)
• Season 2: Aug–Oct 2026 (Education, Visa, Back-to-School)
• Season 3: Nov 2026–Jan 2027 (Taxes, Finance, Holidays)
• Season 4: Feb–Apr 2027 (Citizenship, Healthcare, Benefits)
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 Online Entry:
Step 1: Ask VietLinker AI a question about daily life in the US.
Step 2: Screenshot the answer (must show VietLinker AI logo and "Powered by Grok" badge).
Step 3: Post screenshot on personal Facebook (Public) with #VietLinkerAI #HoiAITrungThuong, tag @VietLinker.
Step 4: Visit vietlinker.com/sweepstakes, enter self-selected 6-digit ticket number + Facebook post URL.
Limit: 3 entries per person per day.
4.2 Alternate Means of Entry (AMOE) — Free Mail-In:
Hand-print on a 3"x5" index card: full name, address, city, state, ZIP, phone, DOB, email, desired 6-digit number.
Mail to: VietLinker Sweepstakes Entry, VietLinker Digital Marketing LLC, Plano, TX 75023.
Postmark by April 30, 2027. Received by May 7, 2027.
AMOE entries have equal chance of winning.
5. TICKET NUMBERS
Format: VietLinker-XXXXXX (6 digits, self-selected, first-come first-served). All tickets accumulate for the Grand Prize drawing.
6. PRIZES
• Weekly: $50 × 48 = $2,400 (random drawing every Friday)
• Monthly: $1,000 × 12 = $12,000 (random drawing end of month)
• Grand Prize: $10,000 × 1 = $10,000 (drawing April 30, 2027)
• Bonus: $100 × 56 = $5,600 (Sponsor selects top engagement posts, ~5/month)
• Total: 117 prizes, $30,000 ARV
7. PRIZE FULFILLMENT
• Weekly ($50) and Bonus ($100): Paid via Zelle/PayPal/CashApp. Winner MUST submit a 10-second thank-you video within 7 days. Video must include: first name, city, prize amount, "Thank you VietLinker!" Failure to submit video = prize forfeited.
• Monthly ($1,000): Certified check delivered in person (Texas) or mailed. Video testimonial requested but not required.
• Grand Prize ($10,000): Certified check delivered IN PERSON by Sponsor at winner's location (any US state). Sponsor travels at Sponsor's expense. Winner must provide Form W-9, sign Prize Acceptance & Publicity Release form, participate in filmed ceremony.
8. WINNER SELECTION
• Weekly: Random drawing via random.org during Facebook Live every Friday.
• Monthly: Random drawing during Facebook Live, last day of each month.
• Grand Prize: Random drawing at Gala event, April 30, 2027. ALL tickets from 12 months eligible. Previous winners remain eligible.
• Bonus: Selected by Sponsor based on Facebook post engagement (not random).
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Notified within 3 business days. Must respond within 7 days. Failure to respond = prize forfeited, alternate winner selected. Maximum 2 alternate drawings per prize.
10. TAXES
Per the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (July 4, 2025), the IRS Form 1099-MISC threshold is $2,000 for tax year 2026.
• Prizes under $2,000 ($50, $100, $1,000): No W-9 or 1099 required from Sponsor.
• Grand Prize ($10,000): W-9 required. Sponsor will issue 1099-MISC.
• All prizes are taxable income regardless of 1099 issuance.
11. VIDEO TESTIMONIAL
Weekly and Bonus winners must submit ~10-second video: first name and city/state, prize amount won, "Thank you VietLinker!" or "Cảm ơn VietLinker!" Submit via: Facebook Messenger, email (sweepstakes@vietlinker.com), or text. Deadline: 7 days from notification. By submitting, winner grants Sponsor perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use video in all media for promotional purposes.
12. ENTRY VERIFICATION
Entries may be disqualified if: Facebook post is not Public or missing hashtags; screenshot missing VietLinker AI logo or "Powered by Grok" badge; fake or inactive Facebook account; irrelevant or nonsensical question; duplicate content across entries.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to: be bound by these rules; release Sponsor from all claims; grant use of name/likeness/video for promotion. Sponsor may modify/suspend/terminate the Sweepstakes at any time.
14. PRIVACY
Subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at vietlinker.com/privacy. Data used only for Sweepstakes administration, not sold to third parties.
15. DISPUTES
Governed by Texas law. Venue: Collin County, Texas courts.
16. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor not responsible for: lost/late entries, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, errors in processing, injury from prizes.
17. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is NOT sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), xAI Corp., or any third party. "Powered by Grok" is a trademark of xAI Corp.
18. WINNERS LIST
Available after May 15, 2027 at vietlinker.com/sweepstakes/winners or by mail (SASE to Sponsor's address, received by June 30, 2027).
