1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is sponsored by VietLinker Digital Marketing ("Sponsor"), located at 5700 Tennyson Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. Email: support@vietlinker.com

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on March 15, 2026, at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on September 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, except residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are not eligible to participate.

Employees, officers, and directors of VietLinker Digital Marketing and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Tickets reset at the beginning of each calendar month. Tickets earned in a given month are eligible for all weekly drawings within that month and the monthly drawing for that month.

For the Grand Finale Drawing, all tickets earned during the entire Promotion Period (March 15 – September 15, 2026) are eligible.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets received for each drawing. More tickets = higher chance of winning, but no purchase is required to earn tickets.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible tickets using a computerized random number generator. Potential winners will be notified via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the drawing.

Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) a Publicity Release, and provide valid government-issued photo ID.

8. PRIZE CONDITIONS

• All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty.
• Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Amazon Gift Cards are subject to Amazon's terms and conditions.
• Cash prizes will be paid via check, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal at Sponsor's discretion.
• Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

9. TAX OBLIGATIONS

Winners are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes. Under current federal law (effective January 1, 2026), prizes valued at $2,000.00 or more in a calendar year will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC. Winners of such prizes will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or taxpayer identification number before the prize is awarded.

10. ANTI-FRAUD & REVIEW QUALITY

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules
• Submits fraudulent, plagiarized, AI-generated, or duplicative reviews
• Creates multiple accounts to gain additional entries
• Submits reviews that do not reflect genuine personal experience
• Acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner

Sponsor employs automated and manual review quality measures. Attempts to circumvent these measures may result in permanent disqualification and termination of VietLinker account.

11. PRIVACY & DATA USE

Information collected from participants will be used for administering the Promotion, including winner selection, notification, and prize fulfillment. Participant information will be handled in accordance with VietLinker's Privacy Policy.

Sponsor will not sell participants' personal information to third parties. Winner names and general locations (city, state) may be published on VietLinker's website and social media channels.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering this Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion; acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; any typographical or other errors; technical failures, human error, or omissions; and late, lost, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors; theft or destruction of entries; unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; failures of any electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; or injury or damage to participants' devices related to participation.

13. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

All issues concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

15. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason.
• Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the Promotion may violate criminal and civil law.
• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• These Official Rules supersede any other promotional materials or communications regarding the Promotion.
