MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Chịu trách nhiệm setup và dẫn dắt toàn bộ quy trình sản xuất POD (DTG, DTF, Canvas, UV…)
• Quản lý đội ngũ nhân sự, điều phối hoạt động xưởng in và fulfillment
• Theo dõi và tối ưu KPI vận hành: SLA, UPH, Yield, Defect Rate, Cost/Unit
• Đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng và hiệu quả chi phí trong sản xuất – đóng gói – giao hàng

YÊU CẦU

• Tối thiểu 3+ năm kinh nghiệm quản lý kho vận / sản xuất / fulfillment
• Am hiểu quy trình sản xuất print-on-demand là lợi thế
• Khả năng lãnh đạo, tổ chức và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
• Chủ động, trách nhiệm cao, định hướng kết quả

QUYỀN LỢI

• Lương $60,000 – $120,000/năm + hoa hồng (Commission)

🚀 HIRING: OPERATIONS / GENERAL MANAGER (PRINT-ON-DEMAND & FULFILLMENT)

OnePrint is hiring an Operations / General Manager for our print & e-commerce fulfillment facility in Grand Prairie, Texas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and lead end-to-end POD production (DTG, DTF, Canvas, UV, etc.)
• Manage teams and daily operations
• Own operational KPIs: SLA, UPH, Yield, Defect Rate, Cost/Unit
• Drive quality, speed, and cost efficiency across production and fulfillment

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse / production / fulfillment management
• POD or print production experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $60,000 – $120,000/year + Commission
