- Jenny Young: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ — I decided to try Vietnamese food for the first time on a first date but she canceled last minute so I ended up going alone. The owner greeted me like we already knew each other and took my order with a big smile. When I came back a week later he remembered exactly what I liked and had it ready before I even said anything. The broth was rich and comforting while the noodles and meat were cooked just right. It felt like a warm hug on a cold Colorado evening.
