I mentioned my shellfish allergy and they handled it without any drama, just swapped a couple things and brought out my pho bo vien. The broth had that deep slow-simmered taste I look for as a Vietnamese-American and the meatballs were nicely bouncy. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and still get out of there at a decent hour.
